How Individual Therapy for Anxiety, Panic attacks, Stress and Burnout , and Social Anxiety work:

Individual therapy consists of 45-minute, one-on-one sessions that help you work through your concerns. In addition to listening, I will ask questions and guide you towards solutions, I play an active role. Here’s how it will work step-by-step:

1. First, I provide a safe, accepting space so that you will feel comfortable sharing your struggles with me.
2. Through hearing your story, I will start to get a picture of what your challenges are.
3. We will start with helping you with immediate concerns like managing difficult emotions and challenging life situations
4. We will also work to discover what your goals are in therapy and in life.
5. Keeping your unique goals in mind, we’ll figure out what’s needed to help you reach them
6. Over the course of our sessions, you will start making progress towards the life you desire.

Teletherapy Services

New Patient session

In our first session together, we'll dive into what's been going on in your life lately, what's been weighing on your mind, and how you've been feeling. We'll chat about your life story and any past experiences with mental health stuff. Then, we'll figure out what you're looking for in our time together and come up with a plan that suits you just right. It's all about making sure you feel comfortable and heard every step of the way.

60 mins |  $ 225 per hour

Follow up session

For our next session, let's catch up on how your week has been and what's still on your mind. We'll tackle your concerns based on your treatment plan, using the interventions we decided would work best for you. If we need to adjust anything along the way, we'll do that too. Your progress is our priority.

45 mins |  $ 200 per hour

Follow up session-Shortened

Shorter visits are scheduled for those needing more frequent updates or working on exposures. It's also great for clients in the maintenance stage who just need a brief check-in. We'll make sure you're staying on course and adjust as needed.

30 mins |  $ 100 per hour

Consultations

Assessments and evaluations may be done to assess current mental health concerns and come up with a treatment plan. Consultations can be completed with businesses/individuals on racial trauma, anxiety, social phobia, OCD, and Panic attacks. Workshops or speaking engagements may also be booked.

Frequently asked questions

  • I am credentialed with the following insurance companies: Aetna, Oscar Health, United Healthcare, and Oxford. Please reach out to me to see if I am credentialed within your state. In the event that I am not, I would be considered an "out of network" provider. If you wish to seek reimbursement for out-of-network benefits, I can furnish you with a Statement for Insurance Reimbursement form, commonly known as a "superbill." It is your responsibility to submit this form to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please note that I cannot contact your insurance company to determine the specific out-of-network benefits covered by your plan.

  • You should check to see if:

    • What are my benefits for in and out of network mental health services?

    • Are teletherapy visits covered?

    • What is my percentage or cost if i use OON benefits?

    • What is my co-pay?

    • Has my deductible been met?

    • What mental health codes can my provider use for my care?

  • There is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you have a need to reschedule or cancel your session, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged the full session fee. This policy is put in place because after your appointment is booked, another person can not take the spot and the spot is unable to be filled with less than required hours notice.

    In addition, if there is a same day cancellation, the full fee of the session will be charged. If there are extenuating circumstances, this may be discussed.
