I am an empathetic, encouraging, and patient therapist that can help you rise above what you are going through. My expertise lies in providing dedicated support for individuals who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, panic, stress, burnout, social anxiety, overwhelming fear about the state of the world, and perfectionism.
Those I’ve worked with have shared that they experience reduced stress and anxiety as a result of counseling sessions with me.
